Piano by Monica, LLC offers 30 minute piano and voices lessons for beginner to intermediate piano and voice students in the comfort of their own home. We currently use both the Alfred and Faber music curriculum’s. Curriculum’s are chosen based on what is best for the individual student.
Each lesson is carefully planned for each individual student. Music should always be fun, therefore, we combine other techniques with the Alfred and Faber curriculum’s to make lessons exciting. Some examples of these added techniques include playing music on a special glockenspiel that is laid out like the keys on the piano. This helps students continue to learn how to read music effectively. Rhythm Cup Explorations is a fun way students will learn how to work on their rhythm skills. For the students that enjoy sculpting with their hands, molding clay is incorporated in lessons to help students create musical symbols.
The current rate for a 30 minute lesson starts at $25 (rate depends on location).
